How to Redeem Your Package

Once you arrive in Ottawa, head to the Rideau Carleton Casino to pick up your incentive package. Visit the ‘Rock Star Rewards’ desk (to your left upon entry) and present your accommodation confirmation email and ID in order to redeem. You must be a ‘Rock Star Rewards’ member in order to redeem your package. For non-existing Rock Star Rewards members, sign-up is completely free.
