All team members and guests upon entering the property will have their temperature taken using digital thermometers/thermal cameras. Points of entry will be limited to allow our security team to conduct non-invasive temperature checks utilizing digital thermometers. Any guest or team member with a temperature above Ottawa Public Health guidelines will not be allowed entry.
We will be introducing the ‘Safe + Sound’ Clean Team to focus on cleaning and disinfecting surfaces throughout the property. We have increased the amount of routine cleaning, with a focus on high-touch surfaces and common areas. Free-standing touchless hand sanitizers will be available at entrances, host stands, bars, ATMs and more. PPE trash receptacles will be placed throughout each property. Clean teams are available upon request. Look for the team members in bright yellow shirts.
All guests and team members are expected to follow physical distancing guidelines recommended by Ottawa Public Health. Occupancy levels will be reduced on our casino floor and in food and beverage venues.
All guests and team members will be required to wear masks or cloth face coverings that meet Ottawa Public Health guidelines. Masks will be provided to guests, as needed.
Protective equipment will be provided to team members whose responsibilities require them as determined by health officials.
